Refund Policy

At Socelin, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services through our SaaS platform. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided.


1. General Policy

Socelin operates on a subscription-based model. Access to digital tools and services is provided immediately after purchase. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

However, exceptions may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A technical failure on our platform has prevented the delivery of the purchased service;

  • A double charge or billing error has occurred;

  • The user contacts our support team within 3 days of the original transaction and has not used a significant portion of the service.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The user has already accessed or used the full service (including automated delivery);

  • The request is based solely on dissatisfaction rather than a technical or billing issue;

  • The refund request is submitted more than 3 days after the date of purchase.


3. Subscriptions & Renewals

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.

We recommend reviewing your subscription status before the renewal date.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at help@socelin.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and the email address used during purchase;

  • The order ID or invoice number;

  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.


5. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in an immediate suspension of your account. We strongly encourage resolving any issues with us directly before taking any action through your bank or payment provider.
